Turbo Stall

Hi,

My friend has a FRST, the turbo stall makes a 'chatter' type noise, he says on Escort RS Turbos, it doesnt make the same type of noise. Why is this?

The ERST does make this noise, it's just that it's muffled by the Metering Head, so you can't really hear it.
