Hi mate dont know if u havent read my topic about the scotch corner meet. Me n my mate organized 1 the end of last year at scotch corner it was mint 19 cars turned up.It was a good day i will reckonmend u 2 go 2 our next 1 on march the 25th.Cause me n my mate was sick cause there no meets up this end of the country.Scotch corner is easy 2 get 2 straight down the A1 its gonna b in the hotel car park in march

we had one at teesside park in may last year, was a very good turn out concidering the weather. i posted the pics in GD, im sure there still about if you want to have a look for them. there was talk of doing another one, but nothing got sorted.

 

Well if u fancy coming to our scotch corner meet ur more than welcome 2 come along. Me n my mate r gonna try n plan it for every month after march,cause hopefully the weather will b getting better.

the only problem mate is the time of year. a lot of people understandably wont want to bring the cars out if the weather is bad, as a lot of those cars are second cars, and are used for shows and good weather driving. but to be fair the weather at teesside park meet wasnt brilliant, so you never know, as i said, ill send a few pm's and see what happens.

its stunning mate, i fell in love with it when i seen it, the lad who has it posted in GD last week that it was in getting painted at the minute, its RWD as well if i remember rite, awesome car

 

It looks so standard from the outside, it bet the owner has upset some people in that .I bet its a hand full been rear wheel drive 2.Do u know organized the teesside park meeting then.

 

it was a lad from cleveland rsoc called beefy. he posted the idea of a meet in GD, and it just took off from there.

 

Or well it wud b nice if some of them cud come 2 the scotch corner meet but will just have 2 see.If there is anymore meets at teesside park u will have 2 let us know n i will gather some of the ford nuts who i know n we come down next time its on.

 

another one at teesside park was talked about, but beefy went out to america for a few month and nothing else got sorted, maybe later in the year when the weather picks up it may happen, because i know from what people said they enjoyed it. ive spoke to a member of the cleveland rsoc, and he confirmed that march is probs a bit early for the ' good ' cars to come out, but he said he'll have a word with the rest of the cleveland group and let them know about scotch corner. heres a couple of threads from the teeside park meet from last year.

Good yeh ive always had fords since i past my test. Started off with a mk 2 escort but was badly rotton.Then i got a mk 2 fiesta with xr2 pepper pot alloys.Then i bought a mk 4 escort with xr3 alloys n rear spoiler.Then i had 2 xr3is then a silver sierra gt with escort cossie alloys n lowered with sierra cossie seats.n now i have my cossie n a mk3 fiesta as my work horse which has my old sierra gt alloys on.sorry 2 go on a bit about my cars.
