the one on my pug is fooked and i got a second hand one coming,

but was wondering if i can get the original one refurb???

My M5 has two MAFs, and several on the M5 newsgroup have tried to clean with varying success.

Generally, if you can replace it, do - it may be worth it!

jc, i think the 205 uses MFI?

if not it's proabbyl a flap based one, which is a bit harder to do... the hotwire typres are the easy ones to clean...

You can "retrack" the 205 airflow metre. Gonna do mine soon as it seems pretty simple.

My 205 was running really shit when i first got it but that was due to having a cone filter right above the exhaust manifold. I bought a std airbox and it runs so much better now.

My 205 came with a brand new one fitted...... & and receipt from GSF for £210!!!!
