Default 2WD turbo heatshied ? Ally ones ?

Anyone know who does the heatshields for the 2wd cosworths the ones that are metal or alliminium ? seen them on a few cars now and wondered if someone sells them or there modded and cut from a piece to fit ?

Bought a standard one a few months back and is shit tbh

AVA made mine ...like everything else on my car and is spot on...



dont have any pic on here tho...

you can see it in my engine shot in the daddy thrash feature

i tried a few diff heat sheilds and a few home made ones too...

all touched turbo or manifold at one point..

this one is bolted to inner wing as the standard one should be and has extensions welded on to protect engine mount etc..

mine hasnt got one didint think nuffin of it till i raced my car round silverstone and it set on fire all the bulkhead went up took a fire exitisher 4 bottles of water an a bottle of cerryade to put it out no real damage done luckley just got no sound proffing left but at least theres nuffing left to set alight again

its a pain to fit as I've got a bailey oil breather tank and a forge strut brace, looks good though.
