What gearboxes can i fit in a mk3???

yes mate mk5 boxes do fit no problem,the only thing you have to look for is make sure its got the 4 holes at the front of the casting,same fitment as where yr alloy mounting fits on yr mk3 at the front of the box that is.
also make sure its a 5 speed of course...
