my first car was an uno no pics sorry(not missing much)

my 2nd car.180bhp escort turbo.

started life off as a mess due to bad girl driver front hi,rear quarter hit and back end hit

then i got her repaired and sprayed mk1 mexico le-mans green

three spokes were on it when i bought it so i changed them to these when funds allowed


3rd car bailey motorsport built 250bhp escort turbo


put the rims from the green beast on it.


and some stereo


4th car was the 280bhp pulsar gti-r lightweight sparco rims





pukka little car that was but broke alot and expensive

5th car was my pug 205 1.6 gti

bought as a means to keep standard and save for a house lasted............................................ .............er 1 week and then this


went to this


mi-16 power! great fun.many super cars shocked by the grunt and pace of the mi-16 box 150mph!


the on to my baby.the saff! when i first got her

after a trip to berks meet one snowy evening.still got a pic in perf ford though


and how she stands now with 350bhp


now onto the tidy up stage so wont be out for a bit

cant decide whether to put stripes back on after the paint job.

i did want them cooling hub on the car in your sig too cos they look cool but apparently illegal

 

I think it is because they stick out past the arches!!
My next project will be a rally slag like the one in my siggy........

Insurance is looking good 1100 fully comp, sapph 4x4 would be 1300 tpft!!

 

yeah i remember fella! didnt you have green pin stripped rear lamps in it or something along those lines??
my old h plate was a grey s2 H581 FRT, was a mint car in its time on anthracite fox 6 spokes (no one will prob remember these lol) nice rim though ill have to dig out a photo but aint got a scanner
yeah was back in the day really when you think about it haha always remember havin a bit of rip with you on the way down the front one night

it was pictured in max power a few times but not featured.and fast ford had a tiny pic at a show,they chased me round southend once and asked if i wanted it featured,i said i would when it was ready ut some coont bricked the screen and bent the roof in the proccess so didnt bother

my pulsar cost me 1400 quid due to being an import my cossie is 680 fully comp declaring mods and was 760 standard when i got her a year and a half after the pulsar.

pulsars are good cars but expensive and break bits often. 500quid for a 2nd hand distributor for a start. but i still love them just not as much as a cossie.the pulsar drives itself as well which bores me a bit.

Hello Neil mate, bloody hell talk about step back in time.

Remember your white one well, as you still had that when i started gettin into the whole rs thing. Remember trying to keep up with all you lot when we went to the Essex meets. Thinking back that was years ago, when the meet used to be at the half way house, and the location before that, can't remember the name of the other pub.

Never got the pleasure of seeing the green one in the flesh, tho heard you talk about it loads before.

Your saph looks really tough in that last pic, the white rs turbo brings back memories of you doing my Escort Cosworth down the A12! Not that quick pulling away but super quick once it got going!

hello mate hows you?its getting closer to 12 years mate,im notfar off 30 and i had the uno at 18 (real tears)
i remember that blast down to the meet.that was so funny.proper little weapon that s2 was.and one of the few genuine fast ones in its time.(not now i admit)
i did love a good race with a cossie then shoes on the other foot now and i use the cossie and race the bigger badged cars like your bro's favourite marque with the prancing horse
