I just think that Martin just advertises them at prices he would be more than happy to sell them at if you know what I mean.

 

It says on his advert my wife says 2 have to go so i think he is showing he is making the effort alot of cash tied up in his cars

He could run his own bloody race series with that amount of cars.....lol

He could make a lot of money doing track days where you can rent them for the day, DRIVE A TOURING CAR RS500.....

 

Certainly an idea but what about when some clown crashes or breaks one.... you would have to have proper insurance as well and I bet it would make hiring the car for a day ALOT more than most people would even dream of paying.

Not the easiest things to drive either... I seem to remember Martin himself crashing the blue one in a straight line at Bruntingthorpe

I dare say they are very jerky, very hard to control with the insane suspension etc. Quick when the driver knows what he is doing. Very different from a normal car

Proper! Love his collection, think of the fun you could have with that merc at track days

 

From memory... he was doing a launch in the middle of the straight at Brunters

It was wet, he had Rock hard/fucked rear shocks and tyres. It came on boost, he lost traction and then the car just spun!

It was fooking funny at the time!

BUT then car would just not stop spinning and hit the grass and then disappeared into the trees on the left. It hit a tree pretty hard and fucked the rear bumper and 3/4. Was not funny or pretty then

Gutted for Martin. But car was expertly repaired and looked as good as new

 

To be fair to Martin, he took the bottom bend at a fair old whack & never recovered.
