wats the quickist 0-60 and wat is it BHP?

 

My clio 1.2 16v 0-60 in about 3 (minutes) & running about 94bhp mapped by an esso road atlas

FPMSL!! I learnt to drive in one of them, My instructor made me go the speed limit as it was 'Progressive' Can you confirm they dont do 70mph up a steep road? Many of times i was told off for not making progress but i sware blind it's not possible.

 

I have to say, they're quite nippy for a little 1.2 engine, i know they do 70 mph downhill

 

 

I'll admit in 1st and 2nd it feels just as quick as my focus 1.6 but after 2nd it just stopped.

 

thats 34hp than my old 1.4 golf (my fastest car to date)

 

Well i think it's about 94bhp - maybe i should get it on the arse dyno

 

mine was 60 and thats on a good day

it looked evil, mum said if she saw that come behind her shed move out of the way, lot of good that would do when i dont have teh power to get past

Was a damn fast car although its sub 3 was timed at trax

No doubting it was capable of a 3 sec 0-60 though

 

Sorry but I do... was a VERY fast car and cool cat but I just don't ever think a 0-60 in sub 3 secs is possible on a MT75 Synchro box. It just can't change gear fast enough.

It never got near that time on Datron timing and we all know how accurate TRAX timing is!

 

ooohhh i must run mine up there then.i may get a 3.5 on my standard box with only a stg 3

 

Would have thought it would be willy with the rs200.

what did it do when you tested it at croft with the Datron??

I saw it only did a 3.65 at Daddy Thrash but I think Tib said surface was slippy as fook!

My 2 ton pick up runs low 3's to 60.

The car that most impressed me was Steve scotts fiesta, with me and him in it in the rain it was a low 3 second to 60 impressive car!!

 

Danny B's old Cosworth was sub 3 second to 60.

Lee Catermoles tiger striped cosworth was a sub 3 second car.

Steve Scotts fiesta is a sub 3 second car.



I remember when Danny and Lee were at bruntingthorpe and they were going head to head again and again and again for the 0-60 record that day.....

Porkie do you know what sort of times his car was running? know he was having problems getting off the line but must still be low 2's to 60
