Default Tweaking tire pressure for maximum handling?

I got sent this link by a friend:

http://www.team-integra.net/sections...?ArticleID=398

Does this make sense and be worth while doing or is it just rubbish?

go outside, stick 60 psi in your tyreas and tell me it handles!!

Yes, its worthwhile, but you have to remember they vary with heat and also that every make/model of tyre will have a lsightly different ideal pressure. TBH you usually get a feel for it and settle on something thats "about right"
