hi just wonderin if any one can give me some tips on getin some bhp out of my 1.8.im gona go for 4-2-1 manifold and decat with a system.but not sure if its worth caming and which ones to use.i dont want to turbo or carb it.

 

hi, more air in and more air out to start with-basic starting point!! then procceed--------------------------------

 

if you take the cat out then midrange torque will drop quite significantly. only bother de cating it if you're gonna put throttle bodies on or turbo it. otherwise all you'll get is an engine that revs quite high but don't produce the goods cos it's restricted on the inlet side of things.
