I Want to treat the missus and take her away somewhere for 2/3days and i'm stumped on where to go (Her birthday is Mid-March, mine is one day before)
The stumbling block is that i can only take her away for 3 days tops Mon/Tue/Wed as she has to be back in school teaching on Thursday 8am...
Wouldn't mind either going over the water somewhere or maybe Alton towers for a day or two....
Help with some ideas lwould be great!

Smit - a budget would help. Personally I don't rate Paris, have been there a few times. Plenty of nicer places in England, especially country retreats.

A city break sounds about right, but avoid pahris
Its a shit hole
All depends if you wanna go somewhere romantic, somewhere exciting or just somewhere to smash her doors in

Venice by miles!...Rome was lovely but far too much to do in a few days...Florence was a bastard let down (and smelt of something ghastly near all the boutiques). Naples/Sorrento was gorgeous but nobody wants to go and fry in Pompeii on their birthday, or climb Vesuvius...you don't look good covered in sweat
(Can you tell where we went on holiday?)

Yeah but we'll be there for a maximum of 2 days so would it be worth it?
Had the idea in my head to goto Dublin for a few days, only an hour flight. But think i'd be dying as u can't smoke in clubs/pubs out here
So either.....
New York,
Dublin,
Paris,
Venice,
country retreat,
Centre parcs.
Any more

If your on a real budget take her to a RWYB or Avon Park or summit!! You could be as interesting and fun as you were last time!!!

In all seriousness though what about something like EuroDisney? You can get there by EuroTunnel and there are plenty of deals out there.
