I need help, what chip, injector should I run ???
I hate this learn as you go, approach, but you have to lean somehow... 
I have acquired a 200 block engine with the following turbo on a standard 2WD head with 7.3/1 pistons, wire ringed and 803 Greens. The engine is supposed to have been lightened and balanced. Built by Harvey Gibb.
I have an RS500 size intercooler as well BTW
The turbo has the numberingD4SG-NI, Air 48, DH4 on exhaust side which I guess means a .48 turbo housing, I was expecting a .63 :-(
The air side has the lettering IN 9SH0 on it, I am told it is a 360 bearing type, it spins freely so I am thinking it is.
The actuator has A17 7120 marked on it, is that a 31 Actuator?
I am interesting in what combinations of injectors and chips is this turbo / engine capable of. I had expected a 0.63 housing, should I be considering upgrade, if so what would I get... also should I consider going to T34.
I would have liked to see what it would take to set this engine up for 330HP, 360HP, 440hp, 520HP. I want to work out which hp option to go for. No point spending money on 360hp when for a few bucks more I can get 440 etc.
If you can assist with your ideas on what combinations of chips and injectors etc I should be looking at it will help a lot.
