Garrett T3 actuator code, what rating is it?

the codes on the actuator is

430099-0019, 05-055

according to stu dan 8psi thats why a crought a 34 off him rated at 15

i tested it at 9psi,

its not for my cossie, i use a 20psi twin port on that.

edited for spelling.
