My bro has been looking at an Escort Van, and he noticed that on one side, the wheel stuck a little out of the arch, and at the other a little in the arch, are they all like this? It is stuck out on the Filler cap side. I did hear that it is something to do with the fill neck, am i right?

He just wants to make sure it aint nothing major
