being a complete mechanical muppet could someone explain to me what the different bits of the suspension are, I know you have springs and dampers is their anything else? And if I buy a KONI kit for my escos what comes in that kit is it just dampers or dampers and springs etc.

You should get in a kit 4 dampers ie the strut and 4 springs.

You have top strut bushes which you take off your old strut and put on the new strut but thats about it
