Default Knackered wheel bearing cause discs to warp?

As title - could a knackered wheel bearing allow so much play it could be causing the disc to warp?

Is the only thing I can think off as there (albeit small amount) some play in the bearing and warping the disc every thousand miles or so.

Wouldn't imagine so, but a worn bearing will give the impression that the disc is warped. Also it will be impossible to check disc run-out if the bearing has play in it.

Cheers. There is some small movement and I can't get an accurate run out reading.

Only thing is when I put a new set of disc on they don't feel warped at first. Would this be right if it was the bearing?

check the float on the bearing by using a dti gauge should tell ya how
much play there is, if there loose tighten em up abit but not to much
you dont want it super tight or the bearing will run hot an you'll have a
seized bearing that needs replacing.

Cheers. I took it to a garage this morning for them to have a look. They recon the bearings are okay and think the problem is caused by the fact the steering rack is worn on the offside. There is quite a bit of movement.

He thinks its moving about under braking and recommends a new rack.

I've been quoted £220+vat to recondition and re-fit mine.
