ive got a set of escort cossy rims for my s1 should i fit them or swap them for sumat else what do you think?????

Are they a 8.5j wheel, i bet they are a hard ride, heavy steering(no power steering) and probably need arch work if your lowered. At a guess !!!

no mate 8j,i havent its prety much standad at the mo aint any money to do what i wana till tvr work out what ther are doing and take me back or pay us all out,i sold my st170 for sumat cheaper this will prob cost me more buy the time ive done,but at the mo i aint any big plans

 

jano would be the man to ask i guess its just with the 35mil ofset that worrys me

 

id sell them & find something else to put on mate

Just out of interest whilst were on the subject of wheels. What ofset and PCD is Series 2 wheels. Years ago I had a pic of a red s2 with momo arrows on and it suited the car. 17's I think they were.

 

i dont no what to do or how it will drive or how much work it will take????????maybe just swap them for some 17s

i want to know what sort of screws I need to put the Cosworth Wheels on my Escort MK3 or MK4? Can I use the normal the same like for my 6,5x14 RS wheels?

thats what iwas going to do but there not cheep even second hand

but if i did i'd leeve the centre caps off & paint them anthracite
