Default adjustable suspension

My s1 has adjustable suspension front and back but the owner i brought the car from has the back higher than the front, feels naff.

i want to jack the car up and reset the suspension.
Whats the best amount of turns front and back with the koni key to get a good all round ride hight?

how many turns for 25mm or 30mm all round?

Unless the Konis have been modified then the plactic key only adjusts the damping rate not the height.

Height is normaly adjusted by changing the springs. If your konis have been modified then the spring platform will be adjustable.
