anybody debaffled there exhaust ? if so how easy and wheres the best place to cut it open ??

I had a scorpion 4" on mine for a while which i De baffled, very loud on motorways and alike but not to bad around town, certainly had some looks

Only reason i de baffled mine was because the bk box was makin some really shit noises!

I cut mine open from bk end with an angle grinder then removed EVERYTHING then got my mate to weld it bk together, Job done!

because the baffles have come lose on my mates rs turbo scorpions seem to do that for some reason must be because the air cant get out because there restricted or shite design

 

My mate did that with his S1 and it sounds mint !!!!

 

Exactly the same thing that happened to mine mate, must be a common prob wit Scorpion?
