as above, there isnt much advantage of it over the standard one, due to copying the style of standard manifold, i.e the collector setup

seems pointless when the standard manifolds are identical design, good for over 600bhp, and cost 50quid

actually, seems worse to me, i mean, is it me or does the 2 parts of the manifold join in some kind of badass 90deg bend that is utter poo?

It looks like the manifold will make masses of heat where it collects which will then be passed onto the ex wheel resulting in it falling off
I presume the manifold is intended for a tuned car otherwise you may as well run a standard manifold which will flow enough for 600 hp and not crack and fall off the side of the engine.
Its very badly designed.

If you cut a 2wd exhaust manifold open where the cyl collect
Its a vey smooth transition
That one doesnt look like it at all
I may be wrong with out a close inspection
But it doesnt look very good.

Looks like an XS power (or is it XS Racing) one - I was given one free to try on my car by a guy who planned on importing a load.

I gave it back after looking at it

Looked shiny, looked like it would crack a lot, and inside the headers (I think that's the name for the bit I'm on about) were loads of burs and blobs of weld etc - didn't look free flowing at all.

You could just relist it - with 22 bids out there on that one it will sell easily enough.

Here's a pic of the one I had:

Looks very similar at least...

That's why I never take money from anyone till the stuff is ready to go!

As I mentioned in my last PM to ya, I reckon it will be ready by the end of the month, may be sooner if my housemate can make one before the fabrication guys do.

I'll try dropping in there tomorrow, they should have it all CADded up by now I reckon, if not in the early stages of sticking it together.
