Phil you moron, where do you draw the line ? What if he replies to a post before you, does that mean YOU can no longer reply to that thread (if so, I don't hold out much chance of you being able to post apart from in the evenings )? Or are you meaning you can post on his threads and ones he decides to reply to, but he can't on yours ?

In my totally unbiased opinion , funny how the board is easier to patrol / mod when you're banned / on holiday / not posting - just an observation .

If the "both of you" refers to me, then i would like to know what your reasoning is for including me in it, I have not posted anything repetitive (other than to reply multiple times to similar questions, like what spark plugs are suitable for a 400bhp cossie engine or why do mods not ban people who have done nothing wrong) and i havent posted anything abusive to phil either.

Its entirely one way traffic, i have done nothing other than be civil, and i dont appreciate being tarred with the same brush as Phil when he is acting in an entirely different and totally unacceptable manner by harrassing other users (in this case me) and demanding the rules of the forum be changed to suit him, I have made no such demands and no such posts.

 

Slightly less boring that the curoff point for you to stop reading them I would imagine based on your resplying to it

 

Don't post then, as it is his RIGHT TO REPLY, as long as it doesn't contravine the rules of the board (same applies to you on his threads) .

I didnt bring up all his old posts, I merely bumped some that he himself had referred to innacurately so that he could see that was in fact him who had harrassed me in the past, and not the reverse as he was claiming.

I believe it to be acceptable practice on this forum for people to bump a post which contains information relevant to a current discussion, if not then I apologise for doing so with both that thread and also on multiple occasions other threads on subjects such as engine mapping.
I see Stu do it reguarly for example.

 

No of course its not fair, its a public forum where anyone can reply providing they are civil.

Do you really expect the mods to start administering a list with say 10 users who arent allowed to post on each of 20,000 users threads.

For refernce that list could potentially claim 20,000 to the power of 10 entrys I believe, which is 102400000000000000000000000000000000000000 entries in total roughly (rounded off to 4 sig figs)

Phil, serious answer, well in fact several as my reasons are many:

Because me doing so would re-enfore your delusion that you are in fact God and can change the rules to suit yourself.

Because often you post about technical stuff which I know will be read by other users and my input will be beneficial to them (see this thread for an example of such a post:

Because often you make innacurate references to me that I feel should be corrected due to the fact they are innacurate

And finally, because as a paid up member of a public forum I have the right to reply to ANY topic I feel like doing, with or without any meaningful or deep reason for doing so.
