Default Removing seam sealent

Anyone got any helpfull hints, i've started with the wire wheel thing in an angle grinder but yu ant get in to the tight spots.

Any help would be mucho appreciated as i'm staring to get wankers cramp so its effecting my love life

We either use a heat gun and scraper, or petrol on a rag and leave it to soak - then a scraper.

Tip,
A hair drier wont work

I used a heat gun and scraper on the inside where its flat panels of sound deadening.

I need it gone from round the top of the strut tops on the front and basically everywhere on the car as it needs to be strenghned a tad lol

No i mean the nice easy vw stuff that came of in chunks and long strips with not much effort.

heat gun, scraper, angle grinder and wire discs followed by petrol works most of the time.

I think i remember seing a wire discthat you can put in a battery drill somewhere.

Might go over machine mart tomorrow and see if i can get some cause a small 1 would do the job for the smaller hard to reach areas

A battery drill wont spin fast enough or have enough torque if you press down. They do work slightly better with electric drills tho
