Thinking about wiring an E48 DTA Ecu into my mk6 RS 2000 and i was just wondering how fiddly its going to be? Does anyone have or know where to get the ecu wiring diagram for the standard ford ecu?

Got the wiring diagram from there already. Got all the sensors etc sussed, its just things like the live to the ecu that i wanted to suss out. Was planning on using as much of the ford loom as possible as i don't think the car will ever be put back to standard.
Failing that i'll just have to make a whole new loom, which i really can't be arsed doing!!!

Seeing as you have done this, what would you recommend? I'm thinking using the ford loom would be easier as there is no hassle routing wires etc, but is there a disadvantage? Only one i can see is trying to convert the car back to standard? Also will the Pats be effected? Obviously i'll have to leave the standard ECU in the car to keep it working?

Think thats what i'll do Jay, just worried about the Pats system. I'll speak to the ECU supplier when i pick it up at the weekend.
I was looking at the DTA generic looms, but they are around £300!
