i usually burn them out

havnt tried any other way tbh, as im sure there quite well bonded in now, though some are pressed in anyhow so a hacksaw wnt do the job

if you do decide to burn them out make sure its ventiallated as rubber is horrible when lit

what car and what bushes aswell

just a blow torch and a big hammer

when you do finally knock it out just watch where your hitting it, into a pile for oily rags is not a good idea

I normally just stick them in the press, its a 150 ton press but i've never seen the pressure gauge go over 5 tonnes when pressing bushes or bearings. Even if I have to remove the suspension arm (or whatever) completely it normally works out quicker than fooking trying to remove it while its on the car.

can you get the part off teh car?
if so it's going to be a lot easier to get it to somewhere you can get it pressed out

failing that, jigsaw time
