yes efi top end fits stright on the rst bottom end the only thing the bottom end wont have is the hole for the cps sensor (unless its a fiesta rst bottom end)

yea the head fits however the port shapes are different between the EFI and MFI and because of this you require an adaptor plate you can get these from oddkiddcreations.co.uk

i have modded the standard head to accept the efi inlet , you simply mark out the non efi head with a gasket cut from the inlet manifold.
you do not need to open the head fully to the shape of the inlet manifold , you could probably be 1mm inside from the top the gasket without any problem

my uk import xr3i s2 has been running with this for a couple of months without a problem

efi head now to be fitted to my gotech t34 xr3

Personally, IMO, thats not a good way to do it, the gasket will be very weak and you run a high risk of blowing the inlet gasket out!

If your using an MFI block you will have to either drill a hole for the CPS, or use a trigger wheel on the alternator pulley.

Or, you can use the EFI block and drill the oil return cos its a N/A block

Or just get a FRST bottom end.

Those are your options
