Tension has been really high in the office the last few weeks, numerous obstacles have meant that starting up the Company cost a lot more than first planned and the 3 of us have not paid ourselves for nearly a month now. Which is why ive been working another job at nights but that pays monthly

Anyway, B is out of the office, which just left me and G. G is a stroppy fooker at the best of times but even more so when he´s skint. He´s been nit picking at me all day and about 30 mins ago was the last straw. I roared back at him, threw the keyboard at the computer & walked out of the office, slamming the door................ didnt think too much about it until I heard G throw a few glasses at the door after I slammed it

The big fook up is that we finally have some money being transferred to us this evening, due to be collected in the next couple of hours,and most of it is my overdue wages................. and now ive walked out

Now sitting in an internet cafe, waiting for B to get back in the office and call me. I need this money so badly as im 2 months late with rent, but I wasn´t gonna just sit there and let G have a flaming tantrum at me yet again.

God I need a drink.................... but I cant afford to

 

clare your a bird and dont take offence to this but you CAN us the "monthly" excuse

just go back and crawl,,,, pride is all well and good but it dont pay bills so go back and accept what EVER he says to you is GOTTA be worth min 3k cold hard cash

Its odd cos i´ve only ever worked for huge Companies in the UK, and since ive been here i´ve been really chilled out, especially regarding work and I dont remember the last time I lost my temper before today.
But G is a total cock and I dont regret having the row with him, I just hope I still get my money.

I dont really want to walk away from the business either because the potential to earn a lot of money is within grasping distance now, but I cant carry on with the sulking and rowing. Hey ho, really hope B gets back soon

 

Thing is, as great as any colleagues are or job is if you are working up each others ass every working day you -will- drive each other potty now and then.

Aj's got the right idea Clare, just walk back in the office and say sorry for snapping but if you wind me up all the time thats what happens.

As for the pay you will get it no matter what as you have already earn't it, not like they giving you money when you havn't done the job yet.

 

Clare, i have almost smashed the whole fooking office up on more than one occasion. Chill, it happens in this small business 1 one 1 staffing situation.

Came in this morning, the 3 of us went for 'coffee' had a nice big shouting match at each other, all sulked off in different directions then one by one came into office......... 30 minutes later all seems cool

Only got some of my owed money tho grrrrrr will get the rest later this week as there wasn´t enough in the transfer yesterday.

Oh...... and G kindly forgot to tell B about him throwing the glass, little coont making himself out to be the totally innocent party
