New clutch or tune ?
In a bit of a bother here.
I'd like to get an uprated clutch (and a Stage2+ g'box ... but thats asking too much i thinks :P) but the S2 is also in need of a tune, but I'm not sure how long the clutch will last after a tune and RR
If I do one, it will pro-long the time until I can do the other ... so the question is which one first ?

get your clutch first then your tune up and if you want your gearbox get the clutch gearbox done at the same time would work out cheaper rather then doing them one at a time (charge more for labour)
have u got a standard clutch in there at the moment? if you get it tuned before u do the clutch and gearbox wnt be worth it, u will just have to do it again after gettin a uprated clutch gearbox, also if u do it after u might get some more hp

i think dee00 is saying that with an uprated clutch and box you might aswel exploit the better transmission by running more boost which will create more power. If the car is running fine keep it as it is then save up for both the clutch and the box, once you have enough fit both things and whilst your there remove the a.b.s if you feel the need to. Then go for a tune up, at least you know you have a solid box that can take whatever you throw at it. Also if you aint got a b&m shifter i would consider saving some more for one
best of luck mate and its only advice i am giving so i hope it is of help.

I've got a standard clutch on there at the mo ... its just over a year old.
gambit (and dee00) - Another reason why I'm not sure what to get first. If I got it tuned, then it could only be tuned to the amount the clutch and gearbox will take, but on the other hand I'm sure the car could be running better (but there are some other things to try first to get it running nicely)
Also, I have a shortshift kit waiting to be fitted
Personally if it was me, i would get the tune done (seeing as a tune is much more important to the well being of the engine), and you may aswell wait until your clutch lets go, it may cope with it alright for some time........but your always going to have to expect the worst case scenario for if/when it does go.
Get it tuned first mate no piont in getting a box and clutch first if the clutch and box in it is fine
a standard clutch/box will take 200+ bhp. Id rather know my engine is running and fueling right first than spend 600+ on a box
then drive it up the road and the engine blow's up because it was under fueling/not running right
