Default Smoking Probs. Expert Advice Needed.

I have a 2wd sapphire cos, and I got a smoking on high over run, and once bin left tickin over, blip throttle and a cloud of smoke, so I went 4 a full rebuild, liners, in block (205) new pistons etc, and head was fully refurbed, all bk together and its the same, so brand new turbo on, And its the same. Proper run out of ideas, maybe an isue with head as its the only item whats not swapped for another. oh and its got full breather kit on.

Anyone had issues with head like this. Any help well appreciated.

As above but you don't state what colour smoke is out back

Blue =oil
white= head gasket
black=overfueling

If black check all sensors are ok, the blue temp one can cause overfueling
If it is an AB chip these also overfuel for safety

Head can really be worn guides and stem seals but this you say has been done,and it would smoke on start up.
