any 1 no whats involed in fitting mk4 doors on a mk3 escort ive bin told the check straps are dfferent and thats all??????????

 

i was told this also but it was too late as i already baught an original series 1 door for 100 quid deliverd

when i could get a hold of as much mk4 doors as i liked for free

 

i just got two mint complete doors off a h reg 20 quid the pair the doors on mine have bog in the bottoms so was going to fit them after xmas,do you no of any firm that sell good stripes i was told ford stripes .com?????

 

im not sure about that but now & again there are a set of originals stickers on fleabay

 

The only differance is where the interior handle fits you need to make a little plate to make the mk3 handle fit. Not a big job.
