need some help with the torque of the screw

Default need some help with the torque of the screw

hello this is one of my first questions for you guys. i'm from norway so you must exuse me for my bad english but i will try.

the question is this:

i bought me some topbolts for my engine. they have12.9 quality. i was wandering how much torque this screws is going to be mounted with?

If you mean M10 head bolts (approx 145mm long)
I use the same on my engine and I torque them to 69ft/lbs.

Anywhere around 70ft/lbs should be fine

one more question. do i drag the bolts to this torque and thats it? no 90 degrees or so?

Mr Haynes says,- tighten in 4 stages 1, 18 ftlbs 2, 40 ftlbs 3, further 90 degress 4, further 90 degrees.
Me, I add a stage 2+ and tighten them to 60 before 90deg and 90 deg cos
it's running a fair bit of boost and I don't like blowing head gaskest.

Because they are NOT strech bolts you torque them all up to approx 40 then 60 and lastly 69 ft/lbs.

Also ensure that you coat the hole bolt including the washer with copper slip or simular.
