What would cause an s2 to handle really shit like it doesn't feel sure footed and any pot hole/dip or anything in the road makes the car pull etc it has new suspension (springs and shox) and the turn in/out of the car feels real poxy??

it's like driving a boat really and any highish speeds is actually quite frightening (spl)

Bushes.

I would replace the top mount bushes, TCA's and bushes, ARB bushes and the rear arm bushes, and dont use cheapo shit bushes, go for the proper powerflex items

 

Also get your front and rear toe checked.
You would want about 4mm-2mm toe-out on the front.
and 1mm-3mm of toe-in on the rear.

As said above if your bushes are totaly worn out then the toe settings will move loads when you drive the car.
