Big up to........GREENLIGHT
been with Greenlight a while now and they have always been fantastic with me,insuring every car i have asked them to at a great price!!!
as some of you know i had a TT before which they covered for peanuts, and now i have a saff cossie again.
it's 430 odd bhp, loads of goodies all declared obviously and an agreed value of £10,000.....
all this for £500 odd quid less per year than the STANDARD EVO 6 i was thinking of buying
so many thanks for an excellent service AGAIN

Gotta agree...
Insured my Saph- similar to Martins but not quite as good- nice N cheap.. swapped to the Pug no probs, never given me a bad quote and althought not the quickest at sending my refund its not the end of the world and certainly isn't an issue.

I will add my bit on this,
When i went to re-new my insurance on the Evo i got an indication from my company at the time they quoted 1750 so i told them that i would phone around, i called Pace Ward and got it down to 1650 went back to my company they dropped to 1575 but no track day option,
Some of you might recall a bad time i had calling other companys and Greenlight was one of them, then Bud - Weis mentioned that Tony would definately do it if i got to speak to him, so after being very pushy on the phone to get to actually talk to the man himself, and by god can he talk he gave me a very good quote of the bat saying he would look to get it cheaper 1565 or something then promised to call me back at 4pm with a better quote, sure as eggs are eggs the phone rang at 4pm with a quote of 1540 or there abouts, i told him i would have a think,
My insurance compnay called me and 3 days before renewal dropped it to 1450 but still no track option and an implied like for like on mods they did not understand the mods and the underwrite is not the best Marker Study,
I took the policy out with Tony because they appear to know what they are talking about they were very helpful once you got past the smokescreen, i know i am paying slightly more but i am sure that it will come good in the service i will get, i have already been quoted for Autronics etc
They have been excerellent so far
And cheers to Bud-weis for telling me to go back to them,
Oh i was at Jims just before you picked the Saph up, nice choice there mate and wow that thing is clean, i had the privledge of going in it once WOW very fast and smooth

I do have a couple of years no claims on my day to day car,may use them and re-insure the other one afresh if it works out not too bad...
Will be in touch...
Davva,
Using your bonus on the highest rated car would be the best way to go, as getting "mirrored" or introductory bonus is far easier for everyday cars than specialist vehicles.
Kind regards
Tony
Cheers anyway matey......

tried greenlight for my cossie, standard 95 esc cos, im 23 have 4 yrs NCB which i could have used but really wanted a classic policy as cossie is a second car. said they couldnt help
eventually ended up getting insured with lancaster insurance for £992.16 fully comp on a classic policy.
was very good price IMO.
