Yes, but make sure you use a big Turbo. Say a T4 that way you'll get max power from the small engine. Oh and change the air filter thats all you need.

WHY?

Sure you could, but what would be the point?
All that work and grief to insure for something that is only ever going to be less slow.

If you are serious the only real way of doing it that will be worthwhile will be to transplant a complete RST set up into it. If you do this though many other parts will need uprating to cope, especially the brakes and suspension. With the cost involved though you may be better off just selling it and buying a FRST.

I think he wants it to be 600bhp so he can race and beat everyone (once he finishes school for the day...) by looks of his posts here...

Errrr until you smash into some kid playing in the street or some old dear crossing the road and the police and insurance assessors look under your bonnet...

Then what little insurance you had is invalid and some barrister tears you an new arsehole in court and you are paying off a family for the rest of your natural life.... compensating them for your stupidity....

Copy that.

Not declaring a dump valve will invalidate an insurance policy and declare it void.
