I building up my 2wd. cossie engine
Can i use 200 eng. cams on a 205 eng.??
I tought they where different.

 

I think that what u are refering to is the block.
The 205 block is a little bit weeker then the 200 block, but it`s the same design.
Everything that goes with the head is the same in all engines, accept 2wd heads and 4wd heads are a little bit different cam wise.

2wd and 4x4 cams are different.

You can run one in the other with a spacer but I forget which way round it is.
I'm sure someone on here will know though

 

I Mean 2wd head and a 4wd head.
A friend has 4wd bd10 cams for sale so i was wondering i can use them for my 2wd saph.

 

You can use 4wd cams in a 2wd head but you need spacers for the front,I suggest you contact Mike Rainbird @ R+B motorsport....he will be able to locate them for you...
