Default Intercooler Question

Whats the best front mounted intercooler to get and why?

Is it best to have the fans on the front or between the rad and IC?

All thoughts appreciated

ive got a radtec cooler on mine with the fans mounted between the 2, cant really give results as havnt used the car much this year.....

build quality is excellent though as is the price!!

you need to get air to any FMC so you will have to re-design the bumper as it hides 80% of the coolers

GRS. Do a search for previous threads asking this question. The answer is ALWAYS predominantly GRS!!

Thanks a lot for the opinions guys

Looks like a GRS job then

Ive already got an alloy rad so that should help prevent any overheating probs, and i just got another front bumper to cut lumps out of too

Low ACT's here i come!

GRS was good on mine, with SPAL fans on rad was better with bumper cut out

Have changed to an NMS one to improve airflow to radiator - requires some modding as is a lot deeper than my GRS

have you got a pic of this fitted? from the engine bay side looking into the back of the rad...need to see how the boost hose goes on if possible?
