it evedently dose not bolt straight on

do i just cut the covering around the steering colum or is there more too it?????

 

mine went straight on with no problem

 

Sierra and MkIV Escort do also have different turn signal returners. Have a look at it, you'll find out yourself.

 

Mine did too only thing is it dont turn the indicators off and it duz rub on the steering plastic abit but it did just bolt stright on

 

mine turns the indicators off and doesnt rub the steering cowl maybe i was born lucky

 

addiction Is your's a standard 2wd cossie one or the 3 spoke motorsport one cos the standard 2wd one's did'nt have the notch on the side to turn the escort indicators off unless you/someone has modded it in the past

 

mine went straight on i did have to trim around the cowling with a stnaley blade though because it rubbed a tiny bi and had an annoying squeak my indicators dont click off automatically but its not that much bother to turn them off manualy

 

yer its on now just trimmed the cowling as said, dont turn the indicators off and dont rub but workin on the indicator bits sure i'll figure something out, seems a simple fix
