Im tempted to buy a house near me.

now i already own on thats a joint mortgage with my ex. could i borrow against my current house??

my house is worth around £30k more than what i paid for it, and it was still cheap at the time.

 

Thats the way me and my girlfriend were going to do it, use the equity in our house and get a interest only mortgage.
