here a few pics of Jamies (Escorton8's) car

got it back yesterday after a bit of work on the car.

car has yet to be cleaned up as jam is a bufty at heart but i think thes wil give you an idea

the turbo is a T42 which is bigger.

it has about 100 miles on it so wil need to run it in and get a set up..

it has all the bits you need for over 500 so think that the target!

dont know the whole spec stoo but its got most things...worked head, cams, big turbo 500 cooler 500 manifold etc etc

Glad you like it folks and thanks for the comments. Its lookin a bit grubby at the mo but should clean up with a bit elbow grease.

The car was getting rebuilt after melting a piston, its been off the road for close to 2 years now.

Its a new block on standard bore. Currently runnin 8 greens. The turbo is a gt35 compressor with a t4 exhaust housing. Ignore the shady looking intake hose to the turbo. It was just to get me home. Need to get a stainless one made up. The head is just the usual stuff, flowed and polished, standard valves, bd16's althow they aint fitted yet.

Its runnin in time now so 1000 miles or so to do. Its done 46 miles since the build.

Its gotta be done mate, cant beat a bit skivin at work.
I would take it to AVA mate but your bro doesnt think they wil be able to map it as the dont have the software. Spoke to him on the phone earlier and hes headin through on saturday mormin. So think il take mine thro at the same time so they can give it the once over
