the micro cat lists a seperate gaitor for the escos, but i've told the normal one can be 'made to fit'

The original Escort Cossie Gear gaitor came complete with the centre console, which most of you if not all of you know isnt available. But i Have found a guy on ebay as well, doing what he says is an Escos gear gaitor for £14.99.

but dubious meself, not whether to just go for it, as its relatively cheap, so dont matter if its a load of crap.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-ESCORT-CO...QQcmdZViewItem

Even says, made for Escort Cosworth. NOT UNIVERSAL.

i can say that is it real as he actually made it from my original escos one that had gone tatty, as as a favout for using mine (as he didnt have escos ones in his catalugue) did mine for free

and does fit spot on, the only point i'd say is that it is quite ticht to get over the bit where the knob fits on, but it does go on

Sweet as, seen him on there for ages and was always dubious as to quality and fit...

But sounds like it will be a £15 well spent.
Just bought some new mats too, little christmas treat to the ol girl.

Mind you saying that it gets too many treats.
