and half the track passes are either sold or reserved.....

In your case Newts, I'd say lubed 
But in all seriousness , I presume that as soon as the money for the track is fully booked and paid for then the day is a definite instead of just a maybe waiting on people to pay
Hyperthetically , if it was me organising it I would love to have the money for all the track places reserved and paid for to take a weight off of my mind being as that is the main attraction of the day, no track no show I would imagine
