i really want a s1. i have about 3- 3.5k coming to me in the next mouth or so and just wondered what sort of car to expect for that sort of money.

i would say ud get a pretty good one for that sort of cash if you have a good look around them, cos mine looked ok but once the body kit came off so did half the pannels, but it only cost me 700 quid

 

ive seen a couple that have mileages below 100k, in good nick with very little rust, maybe a cracked dash and about a 180 bhp engine spec about and a fair few bills with decent mot.
They are about for the picking at that price but be sure you dont get a munter with makeup!!!

 

maybe see if you can get a bit more and have a look at tiffs in the for sale section. looks mint mate. Think he wants 4k for it though
