how much would it cost for the running gear on a s2 roughly cost and how strong is it against stone chips and salt and stuff what sort of question should i be asking the company

Al give you better advice! 20 quid for a 5 litre tub of black waxoyl and the spray gun and a wire brush! Remove flaky rust etc then waxoyl until ya have none left

 

Sandblast it all first for the best results, then either powder coat it, or you maybe better off zinc plating it all.

Powder coating it wont necessarily stop it re-rusting, but zinc plate will.

Last time I had some done it was around £40 for powder and about £8 for zinc plating
