Default 'Quickshift' stainless steel air filters ?

Hi,

Has anyone got an views / opinions on the 'Quickshift' stainless steel air filters, been thinking about getting one for my erst

*JUST ANSWERING THE QUESTION*

it depends on what one you order you can get different collar sizes to fit what size filter you want.

I'll get some pictures up of the one's i'm stocking for the cosworth - but trust me it will be the biggest they can do.

ive got one on my fourbie saph. its only the small version (the filter pmsl)

got mine from jc at ford fair in 2002

wouldnt mind some prices on the big ones tho please

think the filter looks cool and does the job ie lots of noise etc

look better than k&n filters IMO

they're better cos the dust dont stick to them because they don't have the fluid like the k'n's and that also means you don't have to wash them.

i'm gonna measure up the engine bay to see what the maxium size that will fit and get a prices.

Got some more stock from Quikshift today (yes, we sell them too )



This is a medium sized one that we fitted to a customers Escort GTi

looks good, I was going to get a k&n x-stream universal filter but they have discontinued the size I wanted

Its going on my s2 erst metering head so I will need one with an i/d of 110mm, can you get the largest size filter with this internal diameter ?

What sort of price am I looking at ?

i have one on my cossie and its big, the collar bit on mine is hard to get a T34 samco hose over (i have a T4 hose now)and it sounds ok too
