saff gauges voltage regulator?

Default saff gauges voltage regulator?
do saffs have a voltage regulator on the fuel and temp gauges?

My fuel gauge seems to pulse ,and the temp gauge is low

ive swapped them for another set and still the same.....

my fuel gauge always seemed a bit irregular and had a mind of its own, I suspected something like voltage problems but it turned out that the float was half full of fuel having quite an effect on the gauge

its strange ,the gauge works, but sometimes it jumps about like the gauge is shorting out or something ,i changed the dash and its still the same,

They have regulators on the back of gauges, so no need to take instrument cluster apart, just the dash.

so it cant be the regulator if jtech has already swapped the whole clock set and still has the same issue?
