Crash!
Everyone got out of it ok, just a bit sore next day i think, was on the 127 in essex
"me and my mate was on our way to dartford, he was driving his escort rs. going along the a217 when a scooby infront brakes hard so we swerver out the way but the cunt swerves infront off us we loose control hit the kerb the plough into a tree and flip in the air landing on sideways on a217. my side took impact all my left side is dead i can bearly walk cuts and bruises me mate is fine.
when it happened i closed my eyes and prayed i wasnt gonna die it really hit home. police and doc said if i didnt have seat belt on i would have died . my left foot got crushed as well"

Your mate was evidently tailgating. Otherwise the Scooby brake testing him wouldnt have caused him to crash. He would have been far enough away to have not mattered.
I wouldnt have stopped if I was the Scoob.

) its always your fault isnt it. He was travelling too close. and in avoiding ramming the scoob took avoiding action which resulted (after the scoob swerved admittedly) in his crash.
