How do these fit up?? they bolt to the bodywork?? ie drill struts?

Do you still use the rubber mounts or do these go?

Are they adjustable? Any frther info on fitment??

Yes m8 they fit by drilling 2 holes in the top mount then bolting them up that way...

This take the place of the rubber mount and the cup that fits into the rubber...

There not adjustable, they just allow for a firmer strut top location with no flex...

Sorry for the Q's but does it do away with the cup which commonly breaks on the top of the strut??

Where did you buy them from? WHo made them?


And if you look at my pic below, does it do away with the chrome plate which usually holds the strut into the body??

Yes m8 they do away with the chrome plate and the bolts should fit ok with your strutbrace....

I bought them off my m8 who bought them for his car but then decided to change to adjustable items...

Think there made by Tas....

Anythin else you need to know m8 dont hesitate to ask

 

Have you got the spacers, to allow the damper to be bolted up tight to it??

these dont usea spacer as well as these top mounts,they are a replacement for the rubber top mount only,so they will fit

What does the strut nyloc nut secure to though?? surely the hole in the mounts is to big and they will just fall through??
