whats the big deal?

pointless, but not hugely different to how front mounters are anyhow, no less protected.

and plenty of older racing cars had oil coolers outside the front bumper etc in same style.

Its not so much the pictures its the 35 pages of piss taking on the supra sites which is worth reading.

By runining the cooler that much further in front of the bumper surely there will be a massive pressure drop behind the cooler. As the air will follow the easy course surely??Which would be around the cooler??

As is mentioned in the thread.

Chip yours looks like the bumper has been chopped out but theres no physical gap between the cooler and the bumper??

Its worth a read... I only had a chance to scan it quickly so maybe wrong but the guy reckons it now gives him 450bhp... even though he bought the cooler from XSpower on Ebay for £120...

he is a right clown and a bullshitter by all accounts... and I think he is a Gay teen pornstar

We will have to ask Mike if he recognises him and see if its true!?!

XS Power intercoolers are bloody great quality tho.

They used on a suprisingly huge amount of big cars, generally labeled as different makes tho

Proper bar and plate job

Im 99% sure the cooler on the calibra my mr just bought is an XS power one, and its fine, really good construction of the end caps, bar and plate design, decent sizez inlet and outlet etc.
