Jon,only way would be to change the stick as the rubber bush has worn out in yours m8! and without the bush ie cut off it will sound as though it got straight cut box in it

my gearstick rattles too on my ecos.Investigating it further it seems its the plastic surrounding the metel gear stick thats vibrating how annoying.

DONT think you can get them from Fords anymore any peeps sell good 2nd hand ones for between £20-£50

well I paid £35 for mine if that helps

Yep they are getting rarer nowadays so get hunting quick. Also i think PJ Motorsport do a one piece one, might be worth a try
