Fitting 4wd camshaft on 2wd head
4x4 cams can be used in 2wd applications with the use of a YB0970 cam spacer. I am not sure if the spacer is still available from Cosworth.
You could also machine a spacer, but I do not know the spec offhand. Someone else may be able to answer this.

Ive got a pair of brand new un-used Burton spacers that I bought in error (I was led to believe that the cams I was buying were originaly 4x4...turns out they were 2wd so spacers no longer needed). If I remember rightly they are around a tenner each plus postage from Burton so you can have them for 12quid all in if your interested.
