Default 8x18 saff offset

Hi looking to buy a set of 8x18 wheels for my 4x4 saff! what would be the correct offset and tyre size to go for to avoid clearance problems? All comments greatly recived.

I am running 8x18 ET35 with 215-35-18s mate the car is on Konis -25mm and has got the front arches rolled

Do you know if the arches can be rolled without disturbing the paint?

Yea mine were done ok they heated the arch first

Is there a proper tool for the job or will a hammer and a pice of wood do the it?

Hammer and wood I took mine to a body shop and they use a proper arch rolling tool . It bolts onto the hub and gently rolls along the arch.
